Meditation is a way of soothing the soul, the key to meditation is to focus on one point and setting the rhythmic breath or breathing. When someone is meditating the concentration of these people at one point, he will not care about the situation in the vicinity. First he will manage the rhythm of breath after walking to the rhythms of breath or later he will be fine then concentration to one point.
